Right now this is just an open web page — it will stop working when the internet is off. To keep it forever on this iPad:
Tap the Share button (□↑) at the top of Safari.
Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Close Safari and open A-Team Arcade from the new home-screen icon — once while still on Wi-Fi.
After that it works in airplane mode every time. (Must be done in Safari — not Chrome.)

Best way to share. AirDrop or text the link — the other iPad taps it to open in Safari, then "Add to Home Screen." After it opens once on Wi-Fi it works offline (plane mode) too.
Sends the whole game as a file. Note: iPads can't always open a received .html file — if it asks to download an app, use the link button above instead.
